Alright everyone it has been a little over a month since I have been back to taking care of my health! Since I have last made a blog I started doing Team Body project videos on YouTube. From there I registered for a free week trial that provided program videos tailored to me! I have felt a huge difference from the time I started to today. I did these videos for 21 days to really get myself into a routine of exercising 30 mins a day! Since the week trial was finished I can still go back and repeat videos and also still do the videos on YouTube. I liked the program so much I will be subscribing to a monthly subscription to them that is affordable. One of my favorite things about these videos is that they are beginner friendly and you can go at your own pace. There is always a modified version of the moves. They also have people at different levels doing the videos with them!
Along with the exercising I have incorporated into my day, I also have been using the My fitness pal to help me track my calories! I am a person always on the go, so this has been so helpful! Tracking my calories has really encouraged me to be mindful of what I put in my body. I also have found myself excited to find substitutes for things I like and trying new recipes! If I have a bad day I just tell myself tomorrow is a new day and try harder! And I like that if I know I want to eat something I really want, I try to save my calories for it!
I am officially down 5 pounds! Though that might not seem like a lot for a month, I couldn’t be more proud of myself! The fact that I feel a whole lot better too,overrides anything! Whatever you find yourself working on in your life keep pushing through!! Even if you have fallen, pick yourself up and don’t quit!! Small progress is better than none!!
